Law for small appliance recycling
The official name is “Act on Promotion of Recycling of Used Small Electronic Devices”. In order to promote the recycling of used small electronic devices such as digital cameras and game consoles, a law stipulating the establishment of basic policies by the competent minister and the recognition of recycling business plans, and the special provisions related to the permission of the waste disposal business for businesses conducted in accordance with the recognized recycling business plans.
